Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay to take the four basic courses?

No. Foundations of Python, Structural Python, Foundations of Statistics, and Inferential Statistics are all completely free to access. You can use them without an account or with a free account.

If I buy a Regular course and later upgrade to Premium, what changes?

Premium activates AI tutor + adaptive slides + adaptive practice across every course you have access to — including the free foundational courses and any Regular course you've bought. Premium is a one-time per-account upgrade, not per course.

How much AI tutor usage do I get with Premium?

Premium includes a generous monthly token allowance — enough for the typical learner to use the AI tutor freely throughout the month. We only meter usage if you go far beyond the average; in practice no one hits that ceiling.

Can I get a refund?

Regular course purchases: full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you've completed less than 25 % of the course. Premium subscription: cancel anytime — no refund on the current month, but no charge after that.

Are there cohorts?

Cohort enrolment is no longer a separate tier. Instead, the Premium AI tutor and adaptive content give every learner — solo or grouped — the pacing and feedback that cohorts used to provide. Group programmes for organisations are available on request.
